I ordered an ornate cast iron garden line as a birthday gift for a friend who loved it. It arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. A pretty card inside explained that both the box and white packing nuts can be composted. The card also had a hand written note thanking me for my order and supporting a small rural business. It was lovely to feel so appreciated.

I’m really pleased with this bag which is a gift for my husband. It’s small but expands so feels like it’s going to be really useful while also looking great. It seems really sturdy and durable - great buy!
Gorgeous product and really gets to work on ingrained soil after a busy days gardening. Lovely fragrance and just the right level of ‘scrub’. Works well with the nail brush sold alongside. The Cottage Gardener are a super small business, ethical, honest and friendly to deal with. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered some gifts for mothers day, I was contacted to ask if I wanted to include a message which I was pleased to do.
When my mum opened the package it was all wrapped it so beautifully and neatly with ribbon and each item individually wrapped in tissue paper and beautiful tape and stickers!
I didn't ask for this to be done as was quite overwhelmed this had been done free of charge and so well.
The order was also sent out so quickly.
Will be highly recommending you and ordering again for gifts in the future.

I placed an order for a number of items. Delivery was quick and all items were carefully individually wrapped - it was like Christmas unwrapping the items. The quality of each product was excellent - including the leather notebook; which is ideal as my gardening book. Thank you for taking time and care with my purchases.
